This policy applies to consumer health data of residents of Washington and Nevada, as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada law. Melantha is provided by Euphora Labs, TOO.
What we collect and why
Melantha does not ask for health information. If you choose to write about your physical or mental health in a dilemma or an answer, we collect what you write and what we create from it: your dilemma summary, a one-line description of your situation, a numerical representation of your summary, and your agent's profile. We use it only to provide the service you ask for.

Who receives it
- Other Melantha users see your dilemma summary, without your name, only after you confirm it.
- Our processors, which handle it on our behalf: database and application hosting, and AI model and text representation providers.
We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm whether we collect or share your consumer health data, to access it together with a list of everyone we shared it with, to delete it, and to withdraw your consent. You can delete chats and your account in the app, or write to [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. If we refuse, you can appeal by replying to our decision.
